PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of strength members and reduce weight by collecting stopper functions in individual directions on a bracket which connects a vibration damper body with an engine. SOLUTION: The bracket 20 for mounting the vibration damper body 18 to the engine comprises a cylindrical retainer 32 in which an upper attachment 14 is press-fitted. A first stopper 56 which abuts the vehicle body side member against a displacement in the right to left direction Y of a vehicle to limit the displacement and a second stopper 58 which abuts the vehicle body side member against a displacement in the forward to rearward direction X of the vehicle to limit the displacement are provided on the outer circumferential side of the cylindrical retainer. In addition, a third stopper 60 which abuts on the vehicle body side member against a displacement in the upward direction Z of the vehicle to limit the displacement is provided to a projection 50 projecting from the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical retainer 32.
