PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin-based laminate film having excellently heat resistant and weather durable adhesion to a base material such as a polypropylene resin and the like, and to provide a laminate made by piling up the acrylic resin-based laminate film on a surface of the base material and a method of manufacturing the laminate. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin-based laminate film is made by piling up a layer of a chlorinated polypropylene resin modified with maleic anhydride and having a chlorine content of 20 to 30 mass% on at least one surface of the acrylic resin film. The laminate is made by piling up the acrylic resin-based laminate film on the surface of the base material via the chlorinated polypropylene resin layer constructing the acrylic resin-based laminate film. The method of manufacturing the laminate includes vacuum-forming or pressure-forming the laminate and the acrylic resin-based laminate film piled up on the surface of the base material in an injection-molding mold, and then injection-molding a resin of the base material in the injection-molding mold for lamination and integration.
