PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein effect of change of video with satisfactory tempos for each prescribed time cannot be sufficiently obtained in reproduction in a situation, where video photographed in a normal photographing mode is mixed with video photographed in a snap movie photographing mode in an imaging reproducing apparatus including the snap movie photographing mode, where a user instructs reproduction start before photographing automatically stops after prescribed time. SOLUTION: The imaging reproducing apparatus extracts and continuously reproduces only the video photographed in the snap movie photographing mode, and changes second sound prepared apart from first sound recorded in the photographing for reproduction, thus obtaining the effect of change of video with satisfactory tempos for each prescribed time, preventing the sound from being interrupted in the change of the video, and hence reducing the user's sense of incongruity.
