<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a suffering by a bank transfer scam using a cellular phone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An automatic teller machine (ATM) is placed in an EMI shielding room in which an open-close door is provided at an entrance and the peripheral wall, ceiling, and open-close door are made of transparent EMI shielding glass plate. An ATM setting space and an ATM operating space are formed in the EMI shielding room which is enclosed by an EMI shielding floor, peripheral wall, and ceiling. The connecting portions of the floor, peripheral wall, and ceiling, and an open-close portion of the open-close door are also shielded against electromagnetic wave. The EMI shielding glass plate is made of an EMI shielding material which can block a frequency band used by the cellular phone. In order to improve an EMI shielding property, the EMI shielding material or packing is placed between the EMI shielding glass plate and a support member located outside of the glass plate.
