PURPOSE: A planar heating element is provided to secure a high ground performance and a smooth electric power supply by separating a silver bar between a copper bar and carbon layer. CONSTITUTION: A carbon layer(10) has a prescribed area. One or more copper bars(21) are connected to the carbon layer. A first insulating layer(12) is laminated on the upper side of the carbon layer. A second insulating layer(13) is laminated on the lower side of the carbon layer. A first protective film(14) is laminated on the upper side of the first insulating layer. A second protective film(15) is laminated on the lower side of the second insulating layer. A silver bar is separated in between the copper bar and the carbon layer. The width of the silver bar is bigger than the width of the copper bar.
