<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a virtual machine in consideration of dependency between virtual machines. <P>SOLUTION: In the virtual machine management method, communication amounts between two virtual machines 122 executed by different physical machines 121 is acquired, and the number of times when the communication amounts exceed a communication amount threshold is counted. When the number of times exceeds a specific value in both directions between the two virtual machines, the arrangement of at least one of the two virtual machines 122 to the same physical machine 121 is determined so that those virtual machines 122 can be executed by the pertinent physical machine, then the virtual machine 122 is moved according to the determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
