<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam system with a small number of boilers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This system includes a first high pressure side header 21A, a first low pressure side header 22A, a first boiler 23A, and a first turbine 24A. A first supply valve 33A controls flow rate of steam A supplied to an outside from the first low pressure header to a set value. A second low pressure side header 22B is included. An auxiliary boiler controller 60 controls supply quantity of steam supplied to the second low pressure side header by an auxiliary boiler 30 so as to set pressure of the second low pressure side header to a pressure set value. A line 40 provided with a check valve 41 and a pressure control valve 42 connects the first low pressure side header and the second low pressure side header.
