The management device, the controlling device, the transmission device, the management and controlling device and the router system can be independently extended through the supplement of the unit components, the whole systematic resource can be divided into a plurality of logic routers and can be dynamically reconstructed as required, so that the loading requirement of convergence and separation of various services can be met.
