PURPOSE: A blood flow improvement apparatus is provided to improve the peripheral nerves stimulation effect by applying a harmless alternating magnetic field to the finger or the foot of a user. CONSTITUTION: A blood flow improvement apparatus comprises a first cylindrical main body(110) offering a space with a finger inserted to inside, a first magnetic body(100) with a first magnetic field generation method(120) generating magnetic fields in order that the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of the blood is parallel and locating in the outer circumference of the first main body, and a first surface heater on which the palm is lifted on the state where the finger is inserted into the first magnetic material. The first magnetic field generation method more comprises a first controller controlling the current, the voltage and the frequency for the alternating magnetic field formation(130), and a first vein breaking a commandment attached to a finger or a wrist.
