PURPOSE: An input-rate measuring system for a water purification process and a method thereof are provided to rapidly determine an input-rate of a coagulant after measuring the organic content and turbidity and measuring flow potential of colloidal particles. CONSTITUTION: A coagulant input-rate measuring system for a water purification process comprises the following; a first pump(110) transferring raw water samples; a sampling unit consisting of a first filter(120) filtering foreign materials from the raw water samples; a turbidity measuring part consisting of a water tank(210) and a turbidity meter(220); a sample chamber(300) equipped with a second filter(310) filtering the foreign materials; an organic compound measuring unit(400) in which the raw water sample is extracted from the sample chamber; a fixed quantity sampling chamber(510) in which the raw water sample is extracted and stored from the sample chamber with the predetermined amount; a flow current system(520) measuring the flow potential of the raw water sample; a cation demand measuring unit; and an operation processing part(600). |
