PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of simply inhibiting the execution of a predetermined function in functions of the mobile terminal and effectively preventing the illegal release of the inhibition. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 1 includes: a code entry means 12 for receiving the entry of a lock code for inhibiting the execution of the predetermined function of the mobile terminal and a release code for releasing the execution inhibition; and a function control means 10 for inhibiting the execution of the predetermined function according to the entered lock code and releasing the execution inhibition according to the entered release code as shown in Fig.1.
