<p>The device (100) has a film material (140) which is inserted into a metering element (120). A stretching device (130) stretches a cross-sectional perimeter of a portion (145) of a tube section (141). The stretching device includes two fastening locations (131, 132) e.g. clamping jaws, for fastening the portion. The locations are positioned on a stretch line (S), where one of the locations is linearly displaceable along the stretch line. The locations divide the cross-sectional perimeter into two perimeter segments (U) of essentially equal length.</p> |
