<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium for a proof-printing operation which has no crack on a coating layer surface, especially has good gloss and sufficient ink absorbency and a pigment ink aptitude and which a shows a favorable strength of the coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium for the proof-printing operation is made by coating with an anchor layer formed from a coating composition including a polyvinylalcohol and an absorptivity inorganic pigment of polymerization degrees of 1,500 or more on a support, an underlayer formed of an absorptivity inorganic pigment, a latex, and a boric acid or its salt, and an upper layer formed of a submicron pigment, and a polyvinylalcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
