PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent disclination due to dispersion of liquid crystal molecules even though an external force is applied on a liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: The first pixel electrode(P1) is arranged in the long axis direction(y) of the first area. The second pixel electrode(P2a,P2b) are extended from the first pixel electrode in the center area(S) of the long axis direction. The second pixel electrode(P3a,P3b) are divided into the third one side pixel electrode and the third another side pixel electrode around the second pixel electrode. The first common electrode(C1) is arranged in the long axis direction of the third area. The second common electrode(C2) is extended from the first common electrode. The third common electrode(C3a,C3b) has the same slope as the third pixel electrode.
