PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve the difficulty of a wiring design by vertically inputting light to all pixels by changing the path of light passing through a prism array on the lower side of a color filter array. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) comprises a pixel array. An image sensor is formed on the substrate. The image sensor comprises a prism array(40) which becomes larger from the center to the outer side of the substrate. The prism array corresponds to the pixel.
