PURPOSE: A method for irradiating scanner of a medical laser is provided to reduce patient's pain by momentary thermal energy. CONSTITUTION: A method for irradiating scanner of a medical laser comprises a step of irradiating scanner to a spot where far from a finished spot of the scanner without irradiating to continuous other row or column after irradiating one row or column. The angle of a mirror inside the scanner is controlled by a program. In case of irradiating at a spot far from a first irradiation spot, thermal energy can be dispersed.
