摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing hazardous gas from a plastic molding tool using decomposition and an activated carbon adsorption method is provided to prevent degradation when drying a raw material or quality degradation of products by uneven drying and to completely eliminate gas and moisture generated during molding, while minimizing a product molding failure rate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing hazardous gas from a plastic molding tool comprises the following: a hopper(10) receiving raw materials and supplying the raw materials; a cylinder(20) which stirs and transfers the raw materials from the hopper to an internal screw; a bent body(30) extruding the raw material with a nozzle; the nozzle(40) extruding the raw material and injecting into a mold; a heat insulation cover(60) which is installed in the bottom circumference ream of the hopper and prevents heat dissipation of the hopper in a molder which consists of an air cleaner(51), a blower(52), and a heater(53) with a drying method(50) drying the raw material in the hopper; a gas collection removal unit which is connected to the cylinder, the bent body, and a cap(41a) of the nozzle with each pipe(21,31,41).
