PURPOSE: A novel species 'Gunjabong' which is a variety plant of plum is provided to obtain soft and sweet plum fruits and to easily enjoy due to simple separation of seeds. CONSTITUTION: A novel species 'Gunjabong' which is a variety plant of plum is obtained by interbreeding plum North America wildlife species and Goesan native plum. The novel plum plant has small and dark red fruit. The fruit has soft texture and sweet taste. In addition, seeds are easily separated from the fruits. The weight of the fruit is 30g. The fruits maintain sweet taste even through the plum variety plant is overripened.
