PURPOSE: An internal combustion engine cover for installation of an arrest for flame leak prevention is provided to facilitate the replacement of arrest parts because an arrester seat is integrally assembled in the internal combustion engine cover. CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine cover for installation of an arrest for flame leak prevention comprises an arrester seat(11). The arrester seat is formed into one body in the upper center portion of the cover(10) and an arrester is directly assembled on the upper part of the cover. The arrester seat includes a through hole(12) in the center, and an O-ring groove(13) and a plurality of coupling holes(14) on the upper side of the interior. An O-ring, a disc, a repelling spring, and an arrester board assembly are installed in the arrester seat.
