PURPOSE: An optical film manufacturing device including a guide plate and a method for manufacturing an optical film using the guide plate are provided to prevent a bubble on both edge parts of the casting film by installing an upper dry unit and a lower guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A first rotation unit and a second rotation unit are separated from each other. A casting belt(120) is wound around the first and second rotation units and is cast with a dope including a polymer solution on the upper side of an upper driving unit. A lower dry charging duct(311) is installed on the lower side of a lower driving unit(122) of a casting belt to dry the casting film and includes a warm air outlet. A lower guide plate is installed along the driving direction of the lower driving unit on the lower side of an inner side of both edges of the lower driving unit of the casting belt to guide the warm air discharged from the lower dry discharge duct.
