FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: mass for tool consists of abrasive material, epoxy resin, polyethylenenolyamine, organic modifier and high-strength ferritic cast iron. Additionally mass contains crystal iodine at the following ratio of components, wt %: abrasive - 35-50; polyethylenenolyamine - 3.5-5.0; organic modifier - 2.5-3.5; high-strength ferritic cast iron - 20-25; crystal iodine - 0.5-1.0; epoxy resin - the rest. ^ EFFECT: reduced zones of thermal damage on processed surface and reduced intensity of grindstone wear. |
