METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SPIRITS AND EQUIPMENT FOR REALIZATION THEREOF

Known methods for vodka-production contain steps of mixing spirit and water, purification and addition of ingredients at different temperatures, that provides unstable quality for product. Object matter of this invention is to provide stability for quality of end-product. It could be obtained by cooling spirit-water solution till temperature of 10 to 20 centigrade. The flow of solution further could be cooled till temperature of 10 to 15 centigrade, processed with active carbon and added additional ingredients. Apparatus for production of vodka contains mixing vessels being connected to pressure tanks that for their part are connected to column of active carbon. Pipes, pressure tanks and columns are heat-insulated. Treatment by reduced temperature allows more effective uses of active carbon as well as provides enhancement of organoleptic indices.
