FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to fabricating thin-wall semi-spherical bottoms. An end part of a work-piece is hold down, and circular projections in its central part is moulded. Further there is performed drawing out with pushing the wall of the work-piece in meridian direction by flattening the circular projection. The installation consists of a matrix, of a spring-loaded hold-down tool, and of a puncheon with a working end with a circular recess. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of processing due to unloading hazardous section of work-piece contact along radius of puncheon curve at drawing out. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
