METHOD OF EVALUATING VENTILATION AND PERFUSION DISTURBANCES IN EARLY POST-OPERATIONAL PERIOD IN CASE OF RADICAL INTERVENTION ON LUNGS IN ONCOLOGIC PATIENTS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for evaluation of ventilation and perfusion disturbances in early post-operational period in case of radical intervention on lungs in oncology. Method ensures increase of accuracy and self-descriptiveness in diagnostics of pulmonary complications in early post-operational period in case of radical intervention on lungs. Inhalation of radiopharmpreparation (RPP) is performed with further carrying out perfusion lung scintigraphy with evaluation of radiopharmpreparation accumulation in lung twice: before operation and in early post-operational period. Alveolar permeability is determined for the entire lung or remaining part of lung tissue, in posterior-anterior projection in static mode. ^ EFFECT: examination is repeated only on the fifth day after operation and if penetration of inhalated RPP from affected lung is lower than 25% 30 min after inhalation and subsegmental perfusion defects of RPP accumulation are present in capillary channel of lungs, inflammatory changes, caused by lung tissue atelectasing and thromboembolia of small branches of lung artery of high probability are diagnosed. ^ 2 ex, 2 dwg
