Exopolysaccharide with molecular mass of 0.5ù106-2ù107 Da, obtained from Paracoccus denitrificans VKPM B-8617 bacteria strain is added into the obtained mixture with the following obtaining of pH mixture values till 4.2-6.5. The mass ratio of the exopolysaccharide is: alginate is 0.1-0.9:3.5-4.5.
