The work tool contains spinner with a nave bearing the blades. The spinner is located on an inclined axis which is installed with possibility of the fixed angle change of its inclination to a longitudinal axis of the unit by means of the adjusting mechanism in a horizontal plane. The blades are rigidly fixed on a spinner nave.
