FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building and may be used for cleaning crankcase oil of internal combustion engine. Electric centrifugal machine designed to separate crankcase oil consists of a body, a sludge chamber, a hollow shaft, a rotor mounted on the said hollow shaft with holes and a vertically movable scraper for cleaning rotor from contamination. The above mentioned vertically movable scraper is installed inside rotor and retained in the upper position by spring. During cleaning, the scraper is moved to the lowest position and retained there by delayed-action latches. It creates 3 to 30 mm layer of centrifuged oil. The rotor is provided with double bottom. The upper bottom is movable and retained in the upper position by spring and by delayed-action latches in the separation mode. Holes for contamination removal are arranged between parts of double bottom in the lower part of rotor. ^ EFFECT: improved effectiveness and quality of separation process and reduced power to drive. ^ 1 dwg |
