PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device capable of initiating transactions are provided to enable nonvolatile memory to initialize external memory device and transactions in P2P(Peer to Peer) relation. CONSTITUTION: A nonvolatile memory(22) comprises a array(32). The array is comprised by row and column of memory cells addressable by a row/column addressing circuit. When the nonvolatile memory is used by an interface(26), a control unit(28) is connected to an external bus(24). The control unit has a storage unit(30). The nonvolatile memory initialize transaction under the control of the control unit. |
