<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress excess power consumption by an electrically driven pump for circulating a cooling medium by being powered by an electric storage device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrically driven pump is controlled by setting a temporary minimum duty ratio dBmintmp so that it decreases by a predetermined value α for every predetermined time t1 (S160-S240); and prior to the lapse of the predetermined time t1 after the temporary minimum duty ratio dBmintmp is set (modified), a value is set to a minimum duty ratio dBmin, the value being larger by a predetermined value β than the temporary minimum duty ratio dBmintmp at the time when a rotation speed Np of the electrically driven pump is at or falls below a threshold value Nref, so that the minimum duty ratio dBmin is updated (S250). In this way, a minimum duty ratio dBmin that reflects an individual difference of an electrically driven pump can be set, whereby excess power consumption by the electrically driven pump can be suppressed.
