<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle image display device capable of effectively reducing the cost, simplifying a structure of a power transmission mechanism, and enhancing the reliability of the power transmission. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First and second monitor loading gears 10, 15 are rotated jointly by one electric motor 9. Then, a monitor stay supported by first and second monitor pop-up gears 13, 17 of a gear unit 3 in a procumbent manner is subjected to the loading operation. When the total or the substantially total of the monitor stay is advanced outside a casing, first and second monitor pop-up-driving gears 11, 16 are rotated by the movement of the gear unit 3. Then, the first and second monitor pop-up gears 13, 17 are rotated, and the monitor stay is erected in a service position.
