PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of realizing a good imaging operation by suppressing a deterioration of imaging characteristics caused by bending of a lens array.

SOLUTION: An imaging optical apparatus includes a light transmissive substrate 2991, the lens array 299B having a resin layer 2993 arranged on the light transmissive substrate 2991 and a lens LS arranged on the resin layer 2993, a supporting member 296 for supporting the lens array 299B, and fixing parts SC for fixing the lens array 299B on the supporting member 296.
