PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof fabric excellent in design, which does not give a wearer with a discomfort when the fabric directly contacts the skin. SOLUTION: Prevention fabric M1, M2 or M3 includes a first fabric (an inner fabric 10) including a first contact face (an inner face 10a) positioned on the side contacting the skin and a first laminated face (an outer face 10b) positioned on the opposite side and an air-permeable prevention sheet 13 laminated and arranged on the first laminated face of the first fabric. A print part 11 having characters or patterns are formed on the first laminated face of the first fabric by preventing the print part from seeping out of the first contact face so that the print part 11 may be transparent through the first contact face of the first fabric.
