PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resisting wall hardly causing shear buckling in a steel plate, a building having the earthquake-resisting wall and a construction method of the earthquake-resisting wall. SOLUTION: A reinforcing rigid member 34 is fixed with a fixing member 30 to a corrugated steel plate 20 attached to a peripheral member 16. The reinforcing rigid member 34 is placed on the front face side of the corrugated steel plate 20, so that folding lines formed on the corrugated steel plate 20 and a material axis intersect with each other. Thus, out-of-plane deformation caused on the corrugated steel plate 20 is reduced by providing the corrugated steel plate 20 with rigidity by the reinforcing rigid member 34, and shear buckling hardly occurs in the corrugated steel plate 20.
