PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, its audio processing method, an audio processing device and a method, effectively reducing an influence of noise from a mechanism unit in recording. SOLUTION: A subject recognizing part (78) recognizes a person from a picked up image. If a person is included in a picked-up image and when any one of a zoom lens group (32), a focus lens group (36) and an ND filter moving forward backward mechanism (38) is being driven, noise is reduced from an input sound by corresponding filter processing parts (84, 86, 88).
