PURPOSE: A noise blocking structure with a hollow layer of a multilayer building is provided to securely block noise and vibration, and to prevent lightweight aerated concrete from being cracked. CONSTITUTION: A noise blocking structure with a hollow layer of a multilayer building comprises a plastic panel(30), an embossed shock absorbing pad(40), a plastic board(50), lightweight aerated concrete(70), finishing mortar(80), and a side shock absorbing member(90). Multiple fitting protrusions(31) are formed in the plastic panel to fit rubber shock absorbers(20). The embossed shock absorbing pad is installed on the top of the plastic panel. The plastic board is installed on the top of the embossed shock absorbing pad. The lightweight aerated concrete is placed on the top of the plastic board. The finishing mortar has hot water pipelines(75). The side shock absorbing member is installed between a wall and a structure.
