PURPOSE: A caster is provided to improve the reliability of a product by preventing the defects of a tool for leveling which is mounted on the caster and safely stops a truck on desired location. CONSTITUTION: A caster(100) comprises a body(101), a moving wheel(102), a connecting member(103), and a ratchet gear. The moving wheel is installed on one side of the body. The moving wheel is installed to be rotated. The connecting member is coupled on the top of the body to rotate through a bearing(103a). The ratchet gear is installed on the lower part of the connecting member to be rotated. The ratchet gear is installed on the ratchet gear installation groove of the case.
