PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to improve cooling efficiency to electrical components and cool a compressor and the electrical components together. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a main body which includes a heat exchanger which heat-exchanges outdoor air to refrigerant, an inlet which inhales the outdoor air, an outlet which discharges the inhaled air, and a ventilation fan which compulsively flows the outside air; an electric component mounting part wherein various kinds of electrical components(251) are installed on one side; and a cooling fan(262) which discharges the air from one side of the electrical component mounting part toward the electrical components to the sloping direction.
