<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a hybrid vehicle, estimating engine torque with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle 100 includes a damper mechanism 20 disposed between an engine 10 and motor generators 30, 40 connected to the engine 10, to receive the engine torque from the engine 10.
