摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of achieving an increase in power generation quantity by achieving a large difference in temperature in an element: and to provide a generator using the thermoelectric conversion module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module includes: a substrate 201 made of a foaming body; a plurality of upper plate electrodes 202 and lower plate electrodes 203 which are provided on both the surfaces of the substrate; a plurality of through-holes 204 penetrating through a region where the substrate and each electrode are superimposed; an n-type thermoelectric conversion element 205 embedded in one of the through-holes of each electrode; and a p-type thermoelectric conversion element 206 embedded in the other through-hole. The thermoelectric conversion module has a structure in which the end sides of the thermoelectric conversion elements 205, 206 are electrically connected to the upper and lower plate electrodes respectively so that a plurality of pairs of thermoelectric conversion elements 205, 206 can be arranged in series, and one electrode side is arranged on a high temperature side and the other electrode side is arranged on a low temperature side. The generator generates power based on the difference in temperature between a solar cell and the ambient air by allowing the module to contact the backside of the solar cell.
