PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower-part suction type sintering machine which exhibits the supplying effect of the gaseous fuel to the maximum, as the sintering machine for manufacturing sintered ore while supplying gaseous fuel on the lower-stream side of an ignition furnace. SOLUTION: The sintering machine for obtaining the sintered ore by burning carbonaceous material and diluted gaseous fuel in a charging layer, is provided with: a pellet circularly moved; a raw material supplying device for forming the charging layer by charging the sintering raw materials containing powdery ore and the carbonaceous material on the pallet; the ignition furnace for igniting to the carbonaceous material on the surface layer of the charging layer; a temperature-holding furnace for injecting the high temperature gas into the charging layer; a gaseous fuel supplying device for spouting the gaseous fuel into the atmosphere in a hood set above the charging layer to make the gaseous fuel into the diluted gaseous fuel having lower than the combustible concentration; and a wind-box for sucking the diluted gaseous fuel and the air from the upper part toward the lower part of the charging layer, wherein the gaseous fuel is blown into the temperature-holding furnace.
