FRINGE FIELD SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fringe field switching mode liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent light leakage in right/left viewing angles. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting structure(300) is formed using a material of a data line(150) in an electrically independent form on a gate line(120). The reflecting structure includes an area divided into two around the gate line. In an upper plate corresponding to a pixel area, a light shielding layer(205) is formed. A transparent pixel electrode(170) is separated from a transparent common electrode(110) with an inter-layer insulating layer.
