<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous article in which extremely fine bubbles are dispersed in a molded article, and to provide a filter using the porous article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The porous article comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene-based resin and a thermoplastic resin different from the polytetrafluoroethylene-based resin.
