<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing device reducing change of a limiter torque value. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The torque fluctuation absorbing device 1 is equipped with a first rotational member 10 to which driving force from a driving source is transmitted, a damper mechanism connected with an input shaft of a transmission and having frictional members 26 of approximately annular-shape fixed at both surfaces of a disc 25 fixed to an outer periphery, and a limiter portion for frictionally engaging the frictional members with the first rotational member in a substantially direct manner or in a substantially indirect manner via frictional surface plates. The friction members are characterized by having non-friction parts which are 20-80% of the whole surface areas of the frictional members on its frictional surface sides.
