PURPOSE: An electric power supply and a management device for an intelligent pig are provided to reduce the power consumption of the intelligent pig without the change of the length of the intelligent pig due to reducing unnecessary power consumption at a measuring sensor while putting and collecting the intelligent pig. CONSTITUTION: An electric power supply and a management device for an intelligent pig comprises: a battery(2) which supplies power; a measurement sensor(10) which measures a defect on the inner surface of a gas pipe line; a pressure sensor(4) which measures the pressure of the inside of the pipe in which an intelligent pig puts; a data acquisition system(8) which creates a control signal of the high state in case the pressure is greater than a standard pressure value; and a power supply(12) which receives the control signal from the data acquisition system and supplies a first driving voltage to the measurement sensor in case the control signal is the control signal of the high state.
