<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a retort food product packed in a packaging container by directly placing them in a microwave oven (cooking compartment) and subjecting them to microwaves without blowing up the packaging container. <P>SOLUTION: The outer peripheral part of the container 2 which houses and packages the retort food product is formed of a metal 5 which reflects microwaves so as to prevent excessive heating of the outer peripheral part by the microwaves and avoid blow-up of a welded part. Alternatively, similar working effects can be obtained even when the outer peripheral part of a container for housing the retort food product packaging container for housing and packaging the retort food product is made of the metal reflecting the microwaves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
