A closure device with an extensible tamper indicator comprises an outer bushing provided with means for the attachment thereof to a bottle, a base for the leak-proof fitting of said bushing in the opening of the neck of the bottle, and inclined lifting surfaces. A pouring sleeve has, on the outer cylindrical surface thereof, guide ridges for axial translational motion along the inclined surfaces in the opening direction so that a closing bushing can emerge from a decorative shell, thereby indicating that the bottle has already been opened.
