PURPOSE: A rice cake cutting device is provided to easily and conveniently cut rice cake including fiber components by a belt unit and a cutting part while transferring the rice cake at a regular interval, after molding the rice cake through a molding hole. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake cutting device includes the following: a frame(10); a main cutting part(50) cutting rice cake according to a longitudinal direction; and an auxiliary cutting part(60) cutting the rice cake according to a horizontal direction and is installed on the rear or on the front of the main cutting part. The rice cutting device further includes a belt unit(20,30) transferring the rice cake in one direction and a support roller(40) in which the outer circumference is rigidly formed to easily cut the rice cake, and installed in the frame to be contacted with a blade of the main cutting part or the auxiliary cutting part. |
