<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display control device etc. capable of appropriately displaying the meaning of word about the field which a user desires. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the field "computer" is chosen and the translation/decision key is pressed in the priority display field setting screen W12, the processing which updates the priority display field storing domain designating the priority display field for "computer" is executed. When the headword "program" is designated pressing down English-Japanese A dictionary after designating the priority display field for "computer", the meaning of word information M10 of the meaning of word number "5" in whose field information the priority display field "computer" is set is detected from inside of the meaning of word information which is included in explanation information of the headword "program", and the explanation information display screen W16 where the meaning of word information M10 is displayed at head is displayed.
