<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder capable of easily detaching a bound article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A binder 8 includes a binder body 6 and a binding member 7. The binding member 7 includes a first binding member 21 and a second binding member 22. Each of the first binding member 21 and the second binding member 22 has a flexible platelike frame part 23 and an insertion part 24 connected to the frame part 23. Each frame part 23 is connected to the binder body 6 via a first hinge part. The insertion part 24 is connected to the other insertion part 24 via a second hinge part. The binding member 7 is changeable in an upright state where the insertion part 24 side of each frame part 23 is separated from the binder body 6 and the insertion parts 24 are not inserted into through-holes 17a and 17b and a fallen state where each frame part 23 is roughly parallel to the front surface wall part 12 and the back wall part 13 of the binder body 6 and the insertion parts 24 are inserted into the through-holes 17a and 17b.
