PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-decaying block sufficiently preventing the seeds or the seedlings of aquatic plants from being flown into ocean stream or the like, and also sufficiently preventing the inhibition of elongation of the rhizomes or the roots of aquatic plants after planted. SOLUTION: The self-decaying block 10 is used for planting aqueous plants 1, and composed of a mixture including aggregate and asphalt.
